PASS CX - Direct Deposit Accounts

Follow this process to enroll in Direct Deposit. The banking information you provide is used by the university to distribute refunds only; no staff members can see your account information. You may update your bank account information at any time.

  1. Log into PASS.
  2. Under the FINANCIALS section in the left navigation menu, select Direct Deposit Accounts.
  3. Click on the Enroll button.

The Enroll button is blue.

  1. Fill in the requested banking information.
  2. Read the Terms and Conditions and check the associated box.
  3. Click the Save button.

Enter information in the highlighted fields which include bank routing number, bank account number, account holder name, and account type.
